Feedback Ventures Pvt Ltd operates out of Plot No 20 in Swami Samarth Ngar, which is in the Adgaon Shivar area of Nashik. We are right near the Mumbai Agra Highway, so there is always a bit of a buzz from the traffic passing by. Being in Panchavati means we are in a part of the city that feels very connected. The office itself is quite basic. We took over this plot and set up our workspace to handle our local operations. It isn't anything fancy, just a solid building where we can get together and work. Since we are close to the highway, it makes it easy for us to get around when we need to. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and the usual office stuff. We don't spend a lot of time on decor; we’re more interested in keeping up with our projects. The weather in Nashik is usually decent, which helps, though it gets dusty near the road. We have a small group of people working here, and we all know each other well. It’s a practical setup for us. We don’t have any big corporate mission or anything; we just show up and do the work that needs to be done. Sometimes we go out for tea at the stalls nearby when we need a break. It is a simple, hardworking atmosphere without any unnecessary fluff or high-end furniture.
