We are Leading Placement Services, and we operate from Sagar Socity on Dattamandir Road. If you know Nashik Road, you’ve probably passed by our area. Nashik is a good place to be for this kind of work. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for jobs. It can be a bit tiring because there are always more people than there are positions. Our office is a simple room in the society. We have a few computers and a lot of files. It’s not a big corporate space, just a local spot where we can sit down and talk to candidates. We try to be helpful, though we can't always find a perfect match for everyone. Dattamandir Road is usually quite busy, so there’s always something happening outside. We don't use any fancy language when we describe what we do. We just try to connect people with work that fits them. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing all day. We take breaks when we can and try to keep a friendly atmosphere. It’s just us here, working through the piles of applications. We’ve been in Sagar Socity for a while now, and most of the neighbors know who we are. It’s honest work and we do our best with it. Getting someone a job is a good feeling, even if the process is long.
