Being in Indiranagar is nice because it’s a bit more settled than the industrial areas. We deal with all the rules and regulations that come with hiring and working in Maharashtra. It’s a lot of forms and staying on top of the latest government notices. Our office is inside the housing society, so it feels more like a home than a cold business center. We have a few desks squeezed into the space. There’s always a stack of files that needs sorting. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back. People come to us from all over the 422 009 area. We don't do much in the way of marketing. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for years or their friends. We just try to help folks understand what they need to do to stay on the right side of the law. It’s not exciting work, but it’s necessary. We drink plenty of water during the hot months. The society gate is easy to find, and our plot is right there. We’ve been doing this for a long time now. We aren't a big firm, just a few of us who know the rules inside and out and don't mind the paperwork. It gets tedious, but we keep at it day after day.
