Knchan Associates

Our office, Knchan Associates, is located right across from the Garva Complex on Ichhamani Road. It’s a handy spot in Upnagar because everyone knows where the complex is, so finding us isn't too much of a headache. We’ve been set up here for a bit, handling the day-to-day paperwork and meetings that come with being an associate firm. The street outside can get pretty lively during the day, which keeps things interesting when we look out the window. Inside, it's mostly just folders, a couple of old printers, and us trying to keep everything organized. We don't really go for anything flashy or corporate. It's just a place where we sit down and work through the details of whatever projects are on the desk. Sometimes the power flickers or the internet gets slow, but we manage to get through it. People stop by often just to ask questions or drop off documents. We like the local vibe of Ichhamani Road; it feels grounded. There’s a tea stall nearby that we visit way too often. We’re just a small group of people who know each other well and know how to get things finished. It’s not a complicated setup. We open up in the morning, sort through the mail, and spend the day on the phone or typing away. We try to keep things honest and simple. That’s just the way we like to run things here in our corner of the neighborhood, and it works for us.
