Our office is at 7 Punyasmruti Apartment in Mahatma Nagar, which is a nice part of Nashik. It’s a quiet residential street, so we don't have to deal with much noise, which is great for focusing. We work with rubber products and handle the business side of things from this apartment. We’ve converted a few rooms into office spaces, but it still feels like a home in many ways. You’ll see various rubber samples scattered around on the shelves and desks. We aren't very big on interior design; we just care that the computers work and the chairs are comfortable enough. Nashik is a great place to be because of the climate and the growing industrial zones nearby. We’ve been here for a long time and have seen the area develop. Most of us have been working together for years, so we’re a very tight-knit group. We don't have big formal meetings with slides and presentations. Usually, we just sit in the main room and talk through whatever needs to be handled that day. When it’s the monsoon season, we can see the rain hitting the trees outside, which is quite nice. We aren't trying to be some massive global entity. We just want to do our part in the rubber industry and keep our local operations running smoothly. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in a city we love.
