The building is simple and sits in a residential part of town, which makes sense for the kind of work we do. Most mornings start with the sound of the shutters going up. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a whole lot of paperwork to get through. Nashik is a nice place to live and work, and Cidco has its own charm. We see a lot of people who are looking to buy their first home or maybe fix up an old one. It’s nice to be part of that process. We aren't big on fancy meetings or corporate talk. We just sit down, look at the numbers, and see what can be done. The office gets a lot of light in the afternoons, which is nice. We drink a lot of tea and stay focused on the tasks. It is a very normal, local operation. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the door and a group of people who know their way around home loans. It's a steady place and we like the routine we have built here.
