Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd

This is the aircraft division of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and we are based over in the Ojhar Township in Nashik. It is a fairly large area and the township has its own feeling to it. We have been operating from this location for many years now. You can see the workers coming and going at all hours because the shifts never really stop. It is a noisy place sometimes with all the activity going on, but you get used to the sounds after a few weeks. Our offices are pretty basic. We have desks that have been here since the nineties and chairs that creak a bit when you sit down. We don't really care about having a polished look. We just need a place to coordinate the work. Nashik is a good town, though the summers can be a bit of a struggle when the sun is high. We have a small canteen where we grab tea and talk about regular things like cricket or the news. We don't have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just look at the schedule for the day and try to get through it without too many problems. It is a lot of hard work and honest effort from everyone involved. We are just a group of people trying to do our bit in the aviation sector without any fuss or corporate talk.
