Heritage Personal Placement

Heritage Personal Placement is tucked away in Shanti Park, Upnagar. We are in the Ambika Appt building, specifically Flat No 9. It is a residential area in Nasik, so it stays fairly quiet compared to the main city center. We decided to run the placement business from here because it feels more personal. When people come to see us about jobs, they aren't walking into a big corporate tower. They are just coming to a regular apartment where we have set up our desks. We help people find work and help companies find staff. It is a lot of talking and looking through resumes. Nasik 6 is our local area, and we know the job market around here pretty well. We don't use any fancy software or big slogans. We just try to match the right person with the right opening. Sometimes it takes a long time to find the right fit, and other times it happens fast. We just stay patient. Our office is small, but it works for us. We have a few chairs for visitors and a lot of files. Being in Upnagar means we avoid the worst of the city traffic. It is a straightforward business. We just want to help people get to work and make sure businesses have the help they need. We usually have the tea kettle on if you are stopping by to talk.
