Floor Tech Co

Our office for Floor Tech Co is actually part of a residential society called Sri Renukakrupa in Kamod Nagar. It’s a bit different than having a shop on a main commercial road. We are located at B 18, and it’s a quiet spot in Nasik. Being in a society means we know our neighbors well, and it feels more like a home office. We handle all the flooring technicalities and orders from here. There is usually a lot of paperwork on the desk and samples of different industrial floors scattered around the room. Nasik weather can get pretty hot, so we usually have the fan going full blast while we work through the afternoon. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure the projects are moving along. Sometimes the delivery trucks find it a bit tricky to navigate the smaller lanes of the society, but we’ve figured out the best routes by now. It’s a practical setup. We spend hours looking at floor plans and talking to contractors over the phone. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sitting around the main table with some tea, going over some measurements. It’s a steady pace of work. We prefer it this way because we can focus on the details without the noise of a busy market outside our window.
