Youth Kissan Farmer Producer Companylimited

Youth Kissan Farmer Producer Companylimited is run out of Shiwada, which is a village in the Sinnar area. We are using the address of Smt Laximibai Eaknath Harak, at Gat No 270. It’s a very local operation, mostly just a group of us who grew up around these fields. We wanted to start something that belonged to the farmers, something that felt like it was ours. Sinnar is a big place for agriculture, but sometimes the smaller farmers get left behind. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a big office in the city. We mostly meet up at the house or out in the fields to discuss what needs to be done. It’s a bit of a struggle sometimes, trying to figure out the paperwork and the legal side of being a company. We aren't experts at that stuff, but we are learning as we go. The name "Youth Kissan" kind of says it all—we are the younger generation trying to do things a bit differently than our parents did, but still keeping our feet on the ground. We don't make big promises. We just try to help each other out with seeds, fertilizers, and getting a fair price for what we grow. It is honest work and it keeps us tired but happy. Shiwada is our home, and we plan to stay here and keep building this bit by bit for the long run.
