B L Sodhi & Sons

We are based out at Gat No. 126/1 in Pachore Vani Village. It’s near the Pimpalgaon Baswant Post Office in Niphad Taluka. Being a family business, B L Sodhi & Sons has been around this area for quite some time. We’re deep in the agricultural heart of the district, so our days follow the seasons. It’s mostly about being out in the field or at the warehouse, depending on what needs doing. We don't have a corporate office with glass walls. We have a sturdy building where we keep our tools and handle our paperwork. The village is small, so everyone knows where we are. We spend a lot of time talking to local farmers and neighbors. Life here in Niphad is tied to the land. We deal with the realities of the weather and the crops every day. Sometimes it’s dusty, and sometimes it’s muddy when the rains come. We just get on with it. There’s no point in complaining about the heat or the rain. We take pride in just doing a solid day’s work. My sons and I handle the day-to-day operations ourselves. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just answer the phone and talk to people honestly. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our work clothes, maybe drinking a cup of tea. It’s a simple way of living and working, but it’s what we know best.
