We are over here at Deoragaon in the Chandwad area. If you look for Balusaheb Chandrabhan Kurne’s place, that is where you will find us set up. Yogiraj Harikrushna Baba Farmers Producer Company Limited started because a bunch of us locals needed to figure things out for ourselves. Farming around here is hard work, and we just thought it would be better if we worked together instead of everyone doing their own thing. It is not some big fancy office or anything like that. We mostly just sit around and talk about the crops and what needs doing for the next season. Being in a small place like Tal-Chandwad means everyone knows each other anyway. We do not have any big corporate plans. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the produce goes where it is supposed to go. Sometimes the weather does not help much, but that is how it goes when you live out here. We spend a lot of time just keeping track of everything from the house. It is a simple setup really. Most days involve a lot of tea and checking on the fields nearby. We are just a group of people from the village trying to keep the farm stuff moving forward without too much fuss. It is mostly about the land and the people who live right here in our neighborhood.
