Our factory is situated at Plot No 18p/2 in the Satpur MIDC area, which is pretty much the heart of the industrial side of Nashik. We are right opposite the Sakal Press building, so it is easy to find if you are driving through Dindori. The whole area is full of warehouses and manufacturing units, so there is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. Inside our unit, we focus on the food and beverage production. It’s a lot of stainless steel, bottles, and keeping everything as clean as possible. We have a small crew that comes in for shifts, and the floor is usually busy from morning till late. It’s not a quiet office job; there is always something to fix or a line to monitor. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk, we just make sure the machines are running and the orders are packed up. The heat from the machines can get a bit much, especially during the middle of the day, but we’re used to it by now. Being in MIDC means we have to be efficient with our space and our time. We keep the inventory moving and the logistics sorted out from our small desk near the entrance. It’s just a straightforward production environment where we get the work done without much fuss or corporate polish.
