Alfa Food Product

Alfa Food Product is based out of Avishkar Apartments, number 4. We are right on Gurudwara Road, near Shingada Talav. It’s a good spot. You can see the water from nearby sometimes. We make and pack food products here. It’s a small-scale thing, not a big industrial plant. Most of our day is spent in the kitchen or the packing area. It smells like spices and grains most of the time. We have a small group of workers who are more like family. We’ve had some ups and downs, like when the machines break or a supplier is late. We just fix what we can and keep going. The apartment is on the ground floor, which makes it easier to move bags in and out. We don’t have a big sign or any flashing lights. People around the neighborhood know us. We sell to local shops and some regular customers who stop by. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have a big order to finish. We end up working late into the evening. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We care about the work because it's our name on the bag. It’s just simple, honest food work. We don't overthink it much. Just get the work done and hope for the best tomorrow. We keep the machines running and the bags filled.
