Our place is at 48, Shivaji Nagar, right on Peth Road in Nashik. We are situated just behind the Makmalabad Telephone exchange, which is how most people find us if they get lost. Working with herbs and natural products means the whole building usually smells like dried leaves and earth. It’s a pleasant smell compared to the exhaust fumes from the main road. We have a lot of sacks piled up in the storage area and we spend our days sorting through them. It’s a manual process for the most part because we like to see what we are dealing with. We aren't a big laboratory with white coats and sterile rooms. It’s more of a traditional setup where experience counts for more than fancy degrees. The staff here knows the difference between various roots and leaves just by the feel of them. Shivaji Nagar is a busy neighborhood and we fit right in with the other small businesses on the street. We don't do much in the way of promotion. People usually find us because someone else told them about our location behind the exchange. It can get a bit chaotic when three deliveries arrive at the same time and we have to find space for everything. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized enough to find what we need when a customer calls. It's simple work that we've been doing for years.
