Down at D- 7 in Midc, Malegaon, that’s where you’ll find our facility. We do food processing here, so there’s always a very specific smell in the air depending on what we are running that day. The MIDC area is pretty spread out, but we’ve made our home in this particular block. It’s a busy spot with lots of movement from morning to night. Inside Blossom Foods, we keep things pretty tidy because that’s just how food work has to be done. We aren’t a huge corporation with thousands of employees, just a dedicated group working the lines. The floor stays active for most of the day. We deal with various ingredients and all the packaging stuff. It can get a bit hectic when a large shipment is due to go out. Malegaon has its own pace, and we fit right into it. Sometimes the power acts up or the weather makes things a bit damp, but we just manage to work through it. We don’t have a marketing team writing fancy things about us. We just make the products and send them off. Our office is just a couple of desks near the main entrance where we keep the logs and talk to the drivers. It’s practical. People around here know us as the food place at D-7. We’ve put in a lot of hours in this building over the years. It’s just a regular workday for us, keeping the machines clean and the output steady.
