We are based in Nashik, specifically at Flat 2B in Chaitanyadeep, which is in Rajiv Nagar. It’s a bit different because we focus on the women who are out there in the fields every day. Usually, the men handle the business side, but we decided it was time we did it ourselves. Nashik is a great place for farming, especially with the grapes and onions, but the business part can be intimidating. We started this company to give the local women a place to come together and handle their own produce. The flat isn't a big office building; it’s just a room where we meet and talk. We aren't polished businesswomen; we are mothers and wives who also happen to know a lot about agriculture. We help each other with the paperwork and figure out the best way to get our goods to the Nashik markets. It’s been a learning process for all of us. Sometimes we struggle with the technology or the regulations, but we figure it out together. It’s about being independent and making sure our hard work pays off for our families. We don't have any fancy mission statements, just a group of women trying to make things work in a tough industry. It is not easy balancing everything, but the group gives us strength. We share what we know and keep going day by day.
