Winsan Agro is located in Ozer, near Nashik, in the Sinnerkar Town area at Gate Number 2000. We have a small plot here, number 2, where we carry out our business. Ozer is an active place, and being near Nashik gives us good access to the markets. Our setup is quite practical. We have a small building where we handle the logistics and the storage. Most of the day is spent on the phone or checking the goods that come in. It is a bit of a dusty environment sometimes, but we don't mind it much. We aren't a big corporate entity with a HR department and shiny floors. It’s just a few of us who know the trade. We make sure the orders are filled and the trucks leave on time. Sentence lengths vary because sometimes things are simple and other times there are more details to manage. We handle the paperwork ourselves and try not to let things pile up. The local community knows us, and we mostly get work through word of mouth. We don’t spend money on fancy ads because we’d rather just focus on the actual work. It is a simple life and we are happy with how things are going. We just try to be decent people and keep our promises to those we work with every day. Keeping the business running is enough for us.
