White Delight Farmers Producer Company Limited is based over in Lasalgaon. Specifically, we are located at Nanasaheb Dattaji Patil’s place on Kotamgaon Road. If you know where the Kamalak Ar Theatre is, we are right behind it. It is a busy spot in town with a lot of noise from the street and people moving around all day. Nanasaheb is usually there keeping an eye on things. We are not a big corporation with a glass building. We are just a bunch of guys who grew up around these farms and decided to form a producer company to make things a little easier on ourselves. Lasalgaon is famous for its markets, so being right here helps us stay in the loop with the prices. The office is really just a room where we keep our files and meet up when the day's work is finished. It can get a bit crowded when everyone shows up at once to talk. We do not have fancy uniforms or a mission statement on the wall. We just talk about the prices and the soil and what needs to be done next week. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes the road a mess, but we just keep going anyway. It is a practical way of working for us.
