Ved Shakti Farmer Producer Companylimited is located at H No- 145 in the village of Najik Pangari. It’s a small place, and most of the people working here are relatives or neighbors. We’ve all been in the fields since we were kids, so we know the land around here pretty well. We didn't start this company to get rich or become famous. We just saw that individual farmers were struggling to get a fair price for their work. So, we set up this little office at the house to try and handle things together. It’s not a corporate office by any means. There’s usually a tractor parked outside and some sacks of grain in the corner. We don't have a polished way of speaking. We just say what’s on our minds and try to solve problems as they come up. If a machine breaks or the insects are bad, we talk about it and see how we can fix it. It’s a very practical way of living. We don't use any of those big marketing phrases because they don't mean much to us. We just want to make sure our families are taken care of and that our crops grow well. The days are long and the work is tiring, but doing it together makes it a bit easier to handle the stress of farming. We just take things one day at a time and see how it goes.
