V Rooster Hatcheries Private Limited

We are located over in Ganesh Nagar, Kalwan Bk, right at Ravindra Bhila Aher’s place. It is a local hatchery business where we deal with poultry and making sure the chicks are healthy. The whole idea started because there was a need for good birds in this part of the district. We aren't some giant factory farm with machines doing everything. It is more of a hands-on kind of job where we are checking on the bins and the temperature every single day. The office is really just part of the local neighborhood, so it feels very much like a family-run thing. Most mornings start early here because the birds don’t wait for anyone to wake up. We have a few staff members who have been with us for a while and they know the routine inside out. Sometimes things get a bit noisy with all the roosters and the general bustle of the hatchery, but you get used to it after a week or so. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with the people who buy from us. There are no big marketing teams or fancy slogans here. We just focus on the hatcheries and making sure the business stays steady. If you come by Kalwan, you will see we are just regular people working hard to keep the poultry side of things going for the local area. It takes a lot of patience to do this right, but we don't mind the long hours at all.
