We are located over in the Nashik area, specifically at Manur near Post Madsangavi. It’s a bit of a distance from the main Nashik city center, which means it’s a bit quieter out here, though there’s still plenty of industrial activity. The landscape is a mix of open fields and these big steel structures. We’re in the 422003 pin code zone. The work we do here at Uttam Galva Steel Ltd. is centered on the steel plant operations. It’s a big site, and there’s always something happening, whether it’s trucks being loaded or maintenance being done on the equipment. The weather in Nashik is usually better than in Mumbai, which we appreciate, but the summers still get pretty hot when you're working around metal all day. We don't have a lot of fancy amenities. There’s a place to sit, a place to eat our lunch, and the work floor. It’s a very hands-on environment. Most of us have been working in the steel industry for quite a while, so we know the routine. We don’t try to dress things up with corporate talk. It’s just a factory and an office at the end of a road in Madsangavi. We do our shifts, make sure the steel is handled right, and keep the place running. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do, and we’ve been doing it here for years. It is just home for us.
