Our setup is a bit more personal, being based out of Flat No. 02 in Gunjan Sankul Apartments. We’re right near Patidar Bhavan in Dwarka, which is a pretty well-known spot in Nashik. If you take the road toward Gen. Vaidya Nagar, you can't miss it. Sachin Kulkarni is usually the one you'll find here. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't feel like those cold, grey office blocks you see in the city center. We like it that way. It’s quieter, and we can actually focus on what we need to do for Jindal Saw Limited. There’s usually a pot of tea going and some files spread out over the table. We handle a lot of the administrative side and coordination from this flat. It’s not a huge operation here, just a few of us making sure everything runs smoothly for the bigger projects. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, or you can hear people coming home from work. It feels very grounded. We aren't putting on an act or trying to impress anyone with big logos. We just need a desk, a phone, and a decent connection to get the job done. Dwarka is a good place to be, close enough to everything but still has that neighborhood feel. We’ve been here for a while and don’t plan on changing how we do things anytime soon.
