Vijay Steel

Vijay Steel is located at Survey No. 1866, right near the Truck Terminus in Adgaon Village. We are situated along the Mumbai-Agra Highway, and we’re pretty close to the B M Patil Petrol Pump. This location is very practical for us because of all the heavy trucks that pass by every day. Our yard is filled with different types of steel, and there is usually a crane or a loader moving things around. It’s a dusty and loud environment, but that’s just how it is when you’re dealing with metal. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory and making sure the right loads go out to the right people. The highway noise is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We started this yard in Adgaon Village because there was a need for steel supplies in this growing area. It isn't a polished office environment; it’s a working yard where we wear boots and heavy gloves to stay safe. Sometimes the rain makes the ground muddy and difficult to navigate, but we still have to get the trucks loaded. We focus on the physical work of moving the steel and keeping track of the weights and measures. It’s a straightforward business, and we just take it one load at a time. The sun can be pretty brutal out here on the highway, but we keep the gates open and the work moving forward.
