Our place is located at Gat No. 229 in Dodi Bk, which is part of the Nashik district. We go by the name Utkarshabharati Farmers Agro Producer Company Limited. It's a bit of a long name, but we are just a bunch of local farmers working together. Nashik is known for its agriculture, so we are right in the middle of everything. The work we do isn't very glamorous. Most of the time, we are just looking at the fields or sitting in the office trying to figure out the best way to move our produce. It’s a quiet life here in Maharashtra, but there’s always something to be done. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It's just a functional space where we meet and talk. Sometimes the traffic on the way to Dodi Bk is a bit much, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do right by the people who are part of this group. Every day brings a new set of challenges, whether it's the price of supplies or the lack of rain. We just take it one day at a time and keep our heads down. It’s honest work, and we like it that way. We've been at this for a bit and plan to stay here at Gat No. 229 for the long haul.
