Our office is at Pl No 3, G No 3, in the Darade Complex on Manmad Road. It is a pretty busy spot with a lot of people passing by all day. Unnatee Agrotech Farmer Producer Company Limited is what we call ourselves. We deal with the technical side of farming, like helping people figure out better ways to plant or manage their water. The Darade Complex is a local landmark, so it’s easy to find. Inside, it’s just a couple of rooms with some desks and some posters about seeds on the walls. We don't have a lot of money for decorations. Most of our time is spent talking to farmers who come in from the surrounding areas. They have a lot of questions, and we try to give them straight answers based on what we know. It’s not always perfect. Sometimes we don't have the answer right away. But we are local people, so they trust us. We see the same faces every week. We aren't a corporate giant. We are just a small team working on Manmad Road. Some days are just filled with paperwork and phone calls, which can be a bit boring. But when we see a farmer doing better because of something we did together, it feels okay. We just keep plugging away at it every day.
