Our office is up on the third floor of Business Court, specifically Office Number 302, right here in Nashik. It’s a professional building, but our day-to-day is pretty relaxed. We deal with flour and grain craft, so even though we are in an office, we are always thinking about the mills and the quality of the wheat. The space is filled with samples of different flours and plenty of files related to our suppliers. We spend a lot of hours on the phone or responding to emails from people who need bulk supplies for their own bakeries or shops. Nashik has a good climate for this kind of thing, and being in the 422009 area code puts us in a good spot to reach different parts of the city. We aren't doing anything flashy here. Usually, it's just the sound of the ceiling fan and someone typing away or checking a delivery manifest. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that is usually where we have our meetings instead of some big boardroom. The goal is just to keep the flour moving from the sources to the people who need it. It is steady work that requires a lot of attention to detail regarding the grains. We’ve been in this office for a while now and the routine suits us just fine without any unnecessary corporate drama.
