You can find Sumandlik Internationals Private Limited at Flat Number 20 in the Samruddhi Palace building. We are located in the Makhamalabad Shiwar area, which has seen a lot of changes lately. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, just another door in the hallway. Inside, we keep things pretty simple. There are four of us working here most days. We do international trade, which sounds a lot more exciting than it actually is. Most of it is just checking prices, talking to transporters, and making sure the banking side of things is handled. We don’t have a big budget for fancy office furniture, so we use what we have. It feels a bit like a workshop sometimes because we have folders and samples piled up in the corners. We like being in Nashik though; it’s a bit calmer than the bigger cities. Our work day starts around nine and we usually stay until the work is finished, which can be late if we are dealing with people in different time zones. There isn't any big secret to how we operate. We just stay on top of the emails and try not to let anything slip through the cracks. It’s a practical way to run a business, focusing on the tasks right in front of us rather than worrying about a grand image or a corporate look.
