Sugeeday Farmers Producer Companylimited

Our small office is in Nashik at Kathe Galli. Specifically, we are at Flat No 2 in Vatsalya Park which is in the Ganesh Nagar area. It is more of a home-office setup than a corporate building. Nashik is a big hub for farming, so it made sense to be based here. We have a lot of things to keep track of, from member lists to various farming inputs. Most of our work involves talking to people and coordinating stuff for the producers. Being in Ganesh Nagar is nice because it is a bit away from the main road noise but still easy for people to find. We don't have a reception desk or a bunch of managers. It's just a couple of us sitting in the flat, making calls and typing things out. The kitchen is usually where we take breaks and talk about what's happening with the crops this year. Nashik weather is usually decent, which helps when we have to go out and visit the fields. We keep the paperwork in simple folders and try not to let it pile up too much. It’s an honest way to spend the day, working on something that actually helps the people growing food. We are just a regular group of folks in a regular Nashik apartment trying to run a producer company as best as we can. It’s busy but it feels right to be doing it this way.
