Spectra Academy

Spectra Academy is based in Regimental Plaza on Nashik Road. It’s a well-known building in this part of Nashik, so we are pretty easy to find. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good bit of time now. The academy isn't a massive place with hundreds of staff. It’s a small, dedicated team of us working with the students who come through our doors. We handle various subjects and try to keep our groups small enough so that we actually know everyone’s name. Regimental Plaza has a lot of different businesses, but our corner is usually focused on the books. We don't go in for all the fancy marketing talk you see online these days. The idea here is that when you explain something clearly, a student will learn it. Our furniture is functional, our lights are bright, and we keep the place as tidy as we can. It’s a practical space. Most of our students are local kids from the Nashik Road area. They come in after school, often looking a bit tired, but they put in the effort. We try to make the lessons as clear as possible. There’s no point in using big words if the student is still confused. We just take it page by page and chapter by chapter. It’s a steady process. We’ve been doing this day in and day out, and we plan to keep it that way for the years to come.
