We are located over in Vasantdada Nagar, right near the Adgaon Naka area. This is a place where nursing is the main focus, so you see a lot of people in white uniforms walking around the halls. It is a busy spot because we are quite close to the main roads and the hospital activity. The students here are often tired because they spend so much time on their feet, learning how to take care of patients and handle medical equipment. The classrooms are full of anatomical models and posters about health. We don’t have a lot of time for fancy talk or decorative things. The building is functional, designed to get people trained and out into the workforce. There is a small staff room where we drink tea and discuss the day's schedule. It can be quite loud when the shifts change and new groups of students arrive for their practicals. We have been in this part of Adgaon Naka for a while, and people around here recognize the institute easily. The corridors are long and plain, but they are always clean. We just try to keep the equipment in good shape so the students can actually practice what they read in their books. It is a straightforward place for people who are serious about getting into the nursing profession. We just do our work and go home, hoping the students learned something new today.
