Sonu Chinese Food

We are at Shop 15 in Adelphi Arcade. It’s right near Olympics Sport here in Deolali. The street gets quite busy especially in the evenings when people are out. It’s a simple setup. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area or cleaning up the tables. Nashik weather is usually okay, but inside the arcade, it stays a bit cooler. People know us from around the area. Sometimes there’s a lot of noise from the sports shop nearby when kids are buying stuff. We’ve been here at this spot for a while now. The sign outside is what people look for. It’s not a huge place, just enough room to get things done. We keep the stools lined up. The floor is easy to sweep. We get our supplies delivered early. Deolali is a quiet part of town usually but our corner stays active. Usually, someone is always washing something or chopping vegetables in the back. The lights in the arcade flicker a bit sometimes. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. Just the menu and the smell of the food being cooked. It gets humid when the pans are going. We just try to keep up with the orders coming in. Most days are the same, just opening up, getting the stove ready, and waiting for the first person to walk in from the street. It's a living. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is not fancy but it is ours.
