Dealing with food at Parvati Sadan for a while now. It's right across from the S T Workshop on N D Patel Road. We just handle the cooking and getting everything ready for people's events. It's mostly family-run. Some days are busier than others, especially when there's a big wedding or something in town. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen making sure things taste right. It’s not a big fancy operation, just us and a few helpers. Most people find us through word of mouth because they know where we are. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The traffic on N D Patel Road gets pretty heavy in the afternoons, but we manage. We handle all kinds of gatherings, small or large. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but it’s what we do. We try to keep things simple and honest. If someone needs food for a function, they just come by or call us up. We don't have a big office or anything, just our space here at Parvati Sadan. It’s where the magic happens, if you want to call it that. Mostly it's just a lot of chopping and stirring. We're used to the noise from the workshop across the street. It’s just part of the daily routine for us here. We aren't trying to be the biggest in town, just reliable. It takes a lot of effort to get every dish right, but we don't mind.
