Shri Balaji Caterers

We've been around Saraf Bazar for a while now. Shri Balaji Caterers is basically just us cooking for people's weddings and parties around Nashik. It started pretty small. My family handles most of it, from buying the vegetables at the market to making sure the salt is just right in the dal. We are over at 1457, Uday Kala Band No-2, right in Pagadband Lane. It gets pretty busy there, especially during the wedding season. Sometimes the lane is crowded, but we manage. We aren't a big fancy company with a glossy website or anything. It's mostly just local people calling us because they've eaten our food at someone else's function. We handle the cooking, the serving, and cleaning up after. It’s hard work, standing over big pots for hours, but it’s what we do. If you walk past Saraf Bazar, you might see us packing up the big steel containers into the truck. We try to keep things simple and traditional. No fancy fusion stuff, just the kind of food people actually want to eat at a family gathering. We’ve been at this address for years, and most of the neighbors know us by now. It’s a noisy part of town, but it’s home for the business. We just focus on getting the food to the venue on time and making sure nobody goes home hungry. That's pretty much the whole story of how we run things here.
