Icchamani Caterers

We're over at Prajakta Apartment, specifically number 2. It’s quite close to Vidya Vikas Circle, which makes it easy for people to find us if they’re driving down Gangapur Road. Icchamani Caterers has been around this part of town for a good bit of time. We mostly focus on getting the food right for whatever party or event someone is throwing. The kitchen gets pretty hot in the summer months, but that's just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a dedicated group of us making sure the plates are full and people aren't going home hungry. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three orders come in at once, but we always figure it out. Being near the circle means there's always something going on outside. We like the location because it’s central for most of our deliveries. People around here know us as the ones in the apartment block. We don't do much fancy advertising or anything like that. We just show up, set up, and let the food speak for itself. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights, especially during the wedding season. But seeing a happy crowd makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a practical way to live and we enjoy being part of the local scene here.
