We’ve been out here in Surangi Village for a while now. The address is Survey No.263, and it is a bit of a drive depending on where you're coming from. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot, though it still gets pretty warm inside the facility. We handle a lot of packing materials and tools for strapping things down. It is noisy because of the machinery, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our team is mostly local guys from around the village and nearby areas. We spend our time checking inventory, fixing tools that come back from sites, and making sure the rolls of strap are moving out on the trucks like they should. There isn’t much fancy about the place. We have a small area for tea and the desks are usually covered in some dust because of the location. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until the generator kicks in or things get sorted. It’s a practical way to earn a living. We don't really do big meetings or anything like that. We just look at the orders for the day and get to work. Most of the people here have been around for years, so we all know who does what. It’s just how things go at Signode India Ltd. We keep our heads down and get the job done without making a big fuss about it.
