Sigma Agri Park

Our office is over at No. 1 Herambha Residency, which is right on that Sharanpur to Trimbak Link Road near Canada Corner. It’s a busy intersection in Nashik, so there’s always something happening outside the window. Sigma Agri Park isn’t a huge corporate setup. We’re tucked away in the residency building, and it feels more like a community spot than a cold business office. We have people coming in all the time to talk about land or farming projects. Most of the furniture is a bit mismatched and we’ve got folders stacked up in every available corner. The fan in the back room makes a clicking sound that we’ve just stopped noticing after all these years. We deal with the administrative side of the agri park business, which means lots of meetings and looking at maps of different plots. It’s not always exciting, but it’s steady work that keeps us connected to the local farmers and developers. We usually keep the door open to catch a breeze, though it brings in the sound of the traffic from the link road. Sometimes we get together for lunch at one of the small shops nearby. It’s a comfortable place to work, even if it gets a bit chaotic when three people show up at once with questions. We just take it as it comes and try to stay organized without making too much of a fuss about things.
