Our setup for Om Agro Biotech Limited is right in Village Takalwadi. If you are looking for us, you have to go through Post-Raymota and then head towards Kasar. It is very much a rural operation, surrounded by fields and open land. We deal with agricultural products and things that help farmers get better results from their soil. It’s not a big city company with a glass building. We work out of a sturdy structure that fits the village surroundings. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages. We spend a lot of time testing different things and seeing how they work in the local climate. The air is clean out here, which is nice, but the logistics of getting supplies in and out of Takalwadi can be a bit slow sometimes. We don't really have a sales team that goes around making big promises. We just show the local farmers what we have and let them decide for themselves. My cousins and I manage the day-to-day work, from checking the inventory to talking with the growers who come by for help. It’s a practical life, and we learn something new about the land every season. We’ve been here for several years now, and the local community knows us well. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help make the crops a bit better for everyone around here who works the land.
