Shrunkhala Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are based right here in Shop Number 16 at the Onion Market on Peth Road in Nashik. It is a busy place, especially when the trucks come in early in the morning. Shrunkhala Farmer Producer Company Limited was started because a bunch of us farmers needed a way to handle our crops together. Being in the market every day, we see how things go with the prices and the buyers. It is not always easy work, but we stay here and get it done. The office is just a simple spot where we meet to talk about the season. Most of the time we are out looking at what is coming in from the fields. People know where to find us if they need to talk about onions or other produce. We have been in Nashik for a while now and the dust from the market is just part of our life. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, but that is just how farming goes in this part of Maharashtra. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. Just some desks and a lot of paperwork to keep track of what the farmers are bringing in. It feels good to have our own place in the middle of all the action on Peth Road. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day. It is just a local group trying to manage things better.
