Shri Siddhivinayak Growers Tech Producer Company Limited is based out of Thengoda. We are at Survey Number 773. If you know the Baglan Taluka in Nashik, you know it’s a big area for farming. The "Growers Tech" part of our name sounds a bit technical, but really we are just farmers who are trying to use whatever tools we can get our hands on to make things easier. Our setup at the Thengoda site is fairly basic. We use the space to keep our records and meet up. Nashik is known for its produce, and being here in Baglan keeps us busy all year round. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. Usually, there is just some dust on the floor and a lot of work to be done. We talk about seeds, water levels, and who is taking what to the market. It’s a lot of long days, especially when the harvest is coming up. The sun gets pretty hot out here on Survey 773, so we usually try to do the heavy work early in the morning. People around here know where we are. We are just part of the local landscape in Thengoda. We don't spend much time worrying about how we look to the outside world. We just focus on the ground and what’s growing in it. That is how we have always done things.
