We are located at G. No 118/2 in Talwade. It’s part of the Satana area, 423301. Shri Kapaleshwar Farmers Producer Company Limited is really just a bunch of neighbors coming together. We saw that working alone wasn't getting us very far, so we decided to pool what we have. Most of us have been farming since we were kids. We know the smell of the rain before it hits the ground. Our place in Talwade is where we store things and keep track of who needs what. It’s a practical setup. We don't have fancy brochures or a website. If you want to talk to us, you just come by the gate. We discuss the crops, the water levels in the wells, and the cost of transport. It’s not always easy. Some years the crops don't do so well, and we have to scrape by. But that’s farming. We don’t make it sound better than it is. It’s hard, sweaty work. We use the tools we have and try to make the best of it. Being in Satana, we are connected to the land and the people around us. We aren't some big company from the city. We live right here. Our kids go to the local school. We care about this place because it’s our home. It’s where we grew up and where we plan to stay for a long time.
