Shreedawleshwar Farmer Producer Company Limited

Shreedawleshwar Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Tal-Peth in the Nashik district. We use the space at Shri Shankar Seshyandri Thakur’s place for most of our meetings and coordination. Peth is a bit of a trek from the main city, but that’s where the real farming happens anyway. We are a small group of farmers who realized that we could do better if we worked as one unit. Nashik is known for a lot of things, but out here in Peth, life is a bit slower and more focused on the land. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, the people who actually plant the seeds and wait for the rain. We handle the collection of produce from different small farms nearby and try to find better ways to get it to the market. Sometimes the roads are a bit rough, and things don’t always go according to plan, but that’s just how it is. My uncle and a few neighbors are involved, and we spend a lot of evenings discussing how to handle the next harvest. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make farming a bit more sustainable for the people in our village. It’s a lot of hard work, and there’s always something to fix or a form to fill out, but having this company makes it feel a bit more official and serious when we talk to buyers.
