It’s a small town, and everyone mostly knows each other. We are a group of farmers who decided to get together to make things a bit easier for ourselves. Working in agriculture in Maharashtra is never easy, especially with the water situation in Jalna, but we manage. We aren't a big corporation with suits and ties. Most days, we are wearing our field clothes and talking about crop prices or seeds. The office is just a room where we keep our papers and meet up to discuss the season. We just focus on the work at hand and try to help each other out whenever the harvest comes in. We are just regular people from around here trying to do our best with what we have.
