Shetkari Fresh Seva Farmer Producercompany Limited is basically just us farmers from around Niphad trying to get our produce out to people without losing our minds. We are located at G. No. 938/3, right on the Aurangabad Road. It’s a busy spot with trucks going by all the time, but it makes sense for us to be there so we can move things fast. Niphad is known for its soil and what we can grow, but the business side of things has always been a bit of a headache for the small guy. We got together to form this company so we could help each other out with transport and finding buyers who actually pay on time. It is a lot of work, honestly. Some mornings we are up before the sun just to check the quality of what’s coming in from the fields. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or a big glass building. Our space is practical and full of crates and the smell of fresh earth. Sometimes the floors are dirty because, well, it’s a farm business. We talk to each other in the local way and we don’t use those big words you hear in the city. If a batch of onions or grapes isn't right, we say it. We just want to make sure the work we do in the sun all day actually amounts to something at the end of the month for our families.
