We are based out in Satana, which is a busy part of the Nashik district. Satyajit Agro Export Farmer Producer is located at 464, Chaudhana, and it’s a place where you can really feel the agricultural vibe of the region. Being a farmer producer company means we are always talking to different growers around the area. There is always a lot of chatter about market prices and how the crops are looking this year. Nashik is famous for its produce, and being in Satana puts us right in the thick of it. The office is pretty basic, just a spot for us to meet and sort out the paperwork for exports. Exporting isn't as simple as people think; there are always forms to fill and trucks to coordinate. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait to get back on the computers. Our address at 423301 is where we do most of our planning. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just a group of us who know the land and the people around here. We spend a lot of time driving between different farms and checking on things. It’s a lot of dusty roads and long phone calls. We just try to do our bit and keep the local farming community moving forward. It’s a tough business, but we have been doing it for a while now.
