Sadhkeshwar Agro Producer Company Limited

We are based out of House Number 355 in Desrane, which is a village in the Kalwan area of Nashik district. If you know the roads around here, you know it’s mostly hills and farmland. This company was formed by a group of us who live and work right here in the dirt. We use the house as a base for all our agricultural activities. There is always someone coming by to check on the stock or to ask about the current market rates for the crops. Since we are in Nashik, we deal with a lot of what grows locally, and the warehouse gets full pretty quickly during the peak season. It is a lot of physical labor, moving crates and checking the quality of what comes in from the fields. We don't use big words or have long meetings. Usually, we just stand around the porch and decide what needs to be done for the day. The air is fresh out here, but the work is tiring. We make sure the paperwork for the producer company is handled correctly so no one runs into trouble later. It’s a honest way to make a living and it keeps us connected to the land. We don't have a lot of extra help, so everyone chips in where they can. It is a simple operation and we like keeping it that way.
