We are situated at C-6 in the Trishala Unit, which is part of the Nice Area in MIDC. Working in an industrial zone like MIDC means we are surrounded by other factories and workshops. There’s a constant sound of machinery and trucks in the background. Our unit is where we handle a lot of the instrument work. It’s a practical space, designed for moving things around and testing equipment. We don't have fancy carpets or designer furniture. It’s mostly metal shelves, workbenches, and a lot of tools. The air is always a bit metallic smelling, which you get used to after a couple of days. We spend our time making sure the instruments are calibrated and ready to go. It’s precise work, but we talk and joke around to keep the mood light. The lunchroom is just a small corner with a fridge and a microwave where we all gather around noon. The Nice Area is pretty well known around here, so most people don't have trouble finding us. We’ve got a small team, and everyone knows their job. Some of us have been working in this unit since it opened. We don't spend much time on marketing or anything like that. We just focus on the technical details and making sure the products leaving our door are actually working the way they should.
