Our spot for O Z R Electro Technics Pvt Ltd is at B-82 in the N.I.C.E. area of Satpur. It’s a busy industrial neighborhood where everyone is always on the move. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other workshops and warehouses. The air usually smells like metal and rain. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy building where we keep all our tools and records. We have a regular routine that starts pretty early in the morning. Someone usually goes out to get the first round of tea while the machines start warming up. It is a lot of hard work and we don't spend much time sitting around. The desks are covered in schematics and spare parts that we might need later. We don't use any big words or have long meetings about strategies. We just look at what needs to be done that day and we do it. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three things break at once, but we always manage to sort it out. The guys here know their stuff and don't need much supervision. It’s a noisy, busy place but it feels like home to us. We’ve been at this for quite a while now. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the middle of a project with grease on our shirts. That’s just the way it goes at Satpur. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
