Rishabh Instruments Pvt Ltd is out in the Satpur MIDC area at plot F-31. It’s an industrial part of town, so you’ll see a lot of trucks and warehouses around us. Our place is pretty functional. We have the office area and then the space where we actually handle the instruments. It’s often quite dusty outside because of all the construction and movement in the MIDC, but we keep the inside as clean as we can. We’ve been at this address for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the area change a lot. The team here is mostly locals who live nearby. We don’t have a big reception or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see someone at a desk typing away or checking some equipment. Lunchtime is usually when everyone sits together and talks about things other than work. We have a few fans going to keep the air moving, especially when it gets hot in the summer. It’s an honest place to work. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we are something we aren't. We just focus on the instruments and making sure everything that leaves here is right. It’s a steady pace, and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily tasks one by one without making a fuss. It works for us.
