Hardrock

Down here at 94 /1 in MIDC Satpur, things are usually pretty noisy. Being in an industrial area means there is always the sound of machinery or trucks moving around in the background. We’ve been at this spot for a bit, and Hardrock is basically just a big workspace with a lot of metal and heavy equipment laying around. The floors aren't exactly clean, but that’s because we’re actually working. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving parts from one side of the shop to the other. It gets hot in the summer under the tin roof, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through. We handle a lot of the tougher jobs that require some muscle and the right tools. Most days start with checking the machines and making sure everything is greased up. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a polished office or someone in a suit. We wear work boots and get our hands dirty every single day. If someone stops by, they usually find us in the middle of a project. We don't have a receptionist, so you just shout over the noise until someone hears you. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We do the work, load it up, and get ready for the next job coming in. It’s what we know how to do best and we just get on with it.
